Following our successful Bittern Conservation Summit earlier this year, the presentations from the ten speakers are now available online. The 4-day event was attended by over 120 people, bringing together scientists, farmers, wetland managers and birdwatchers, from New Zealand to Western Australia. It was a great space to share knowledge and advance bittern conservation. Some people on the field trips even managed to see eight bitterns! The summit was hosted by Riverina Local Land Services, supported with funding from the Australian Government’s National Landcare Program.
